Dover Reports Strong Q2 2024 Financial Results

GAAP net earnings rose 16% to $282 million, and GAAP diluted EPS increased 19% to $2.04. On an adjusted basis, net earnings increased 14% to $327 million, and adjusted diluted EPS rose 15% to $2.36. Dover also provided full-year 2024 guidance with expected GAAP EPS in the range of $10.80 to $10.95. The company will hold an investor conference call on July 25, 2024, to discuss these results.
