Dover Reports Financial Results for Q4 and FY 2025

The company reported a 9% increase in revenue for Q4 and a 4% increase for the full year, reaching $2.1 billion and $8.1 billion respectively. GAAP earnings from continuing operations increased by 15% for Q4 and decreased by 22% for the full year, due largely to a significant gain from the disposition of De-Sta-Co in the prior year. On an adjusted basis, earnings from continuing operations increased by 13% for Q4 and 15% for the full year. Dover also provided guidance for 2026, expecting GAAP EPS between $8.95 and $9.15.
