Dover Appoints New Chairman and Lead Independent Director

Details

Tobin, its President and Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Chairman of the Board, effective February 10, 2024. Simultaneously, Michael F. Johnston, the current independent Chair, was appointed Lead Independent Director. These changes follow amendments to the Corporate Governance Guidelines to include the role of Lead Independent Director when the Chair is not independent.
