Dow Inc. Announces Tender Offer for Debt Securities
On February 25, 2025, Dow Inc. announced a cash tender offer to purchase certain of its debt securities and those of its subsidiaries, Rohm and Haas Company and Union Carbide Corporation, for up to $1.0 billion. The offer is subject to conditions, including the satisfaction of a financing condition, and will expire on March 25, 2025, unless extended.
