Domino's Pizza Announces Resignation of Executive Vice President, International
On October 16, 2024, Arthur P. D'Elia, Executive Vice President, International of Domino's Pizza, Inc., resigned effective immediately to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. He will remain in an advisory capacity until March 31, 2025. The company will also pay COBRA premiums for Mr. D'Elia for 12 months if he elects COBRA continuation coverage. Joseph H. Jordan, President, U.S. & Global Services, will oversee the international business until a successor is appointed.
