DexCom, Inc. Announces Change in Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm
Summary
On March 21, 2025, DexCom, Inc. announced the dismissal of Ernst & Young LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately. The Audit Committee of DexCom's Board of Directors has approved the engagement of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. There were no disagreements between DexCom and Ernst & Young on any matter of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, and there were no reportable events.
