Stockholders Approve Equity Incentive Plan Amendment and Elect Directors
On August 1, 2024, Electronic Arts Inc. stockholders approved an amendment to the 2019 Equity Incentive Plan, increasing the number of shares available for equity awards by 2,100,000. The amendment also eliminates the fungible share counting ratio for new awards. Additionally, stockholders elected eight new directors to the Board and approved the compensation of named executive officers, ratification of the independent auditor, and the Amended 2019 EIP. The equity plan now allows for the issuance of up to 31,600,000 shares of Company Common Stock.
