Equinix Concludes SEC and U.S. Attorney Investigation

On November 19, 2025, Equinix, Inc. reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California (NDCA) have concluded their investigations related to a short seller report without recommending any enforcement actions. This follows the Company's previous disclosures of receiving subpoenas from both entities in March 2024.
