On November 22, 2024, Equinix Europe 2 Financing Corporation LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Equinix, Inc., issued €650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.250% Senior Notes due 2031 and €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2034.
