Equinix Announces Issuance of New Senior Notes

On May 19, 2025, Equinix Europe 2 Financing Corporation LLC, a subsidiary of Equinix, Inc., issued €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.250% Senior Notes due 2029 and €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2034.
