EQT Corporation Announces Early Results of Tender Offers and Consent Solicitations

The tender offers included consent solicitations to amend the indentures governing the notes. EQT received a requisite number of consents to adopt the proposed amendments, except for EQM's 5.500% Senior Notes due 2028. The offers are being made pursuant to the Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement, dated February 24, 2025. Holders who tendered their notes by the Early Tender Date are eligible for an early tender premium. The tender offers and consent solicitations will expire on March 24, 2025, unless extended. EQT also announced the pricing of the EQT Tender Offer.
