EQT Corporation Extends Exchange Offers and Waives Consent Condition
Summary
On March 24, 2025, EQT Corporation announced the extension of the expiration date for its Exchange Offers and the waiver of a consent threshold condition for the proposed amendments to the indentures governing EQM Midstream Partners, LP's notes. The expiration date for the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations has been extended from March 24, 2025, to March 28, 2025. These Exchange Offers allow eligible holders to exchange outstanding notes for up to $4,541,839,000 aggregate principal amount of new notes and cash.
