EQM Midstream Partners Announces Full Redemption of Outstanding Notes
Summary
On July 16, 2025, EQM Midstream Partners, LP, a subsidiary of EQT Corporation, announced the full redemption of its outstanding series of notes. On July 31, 2025, EQM will redeem 100% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of all of its notes for the redemption prices set forth in the applicable governing indentures. After such redemptions, EQM will no longer have any outstanding notes.
