Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF Sponsor Reorganization Complete

Summary

On January 1, 2025, Grayscale Investments, LLC (GSI) completed an internal reorganization by merging with Grayscale Operating, LLC (GSO), a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, Inc. GSO then assigned certain contracts to Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC (GSIS), a direct subsidiary of GSO, and GSIS was admitted as an additional Sponsor of the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF. GSO withdrew as a Sponsor 120 days after the reorganization. The reorganization is not expected to impact the operations of the Trust.
