Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF Approves Key Amendments and Transitions to New Listing Standards

Summary

On September 25, 2025, Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF entered into the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and Trust Agreement, following the approval of key amendments through a consent solicitation.
