Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF Enters New Fund Administration Agreement with BNY Mellon

Summary

On October 9, 2025, Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC, on behalf of Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF, entered into a new Fund Administration and Accounting Agreement with BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, effective as of the same date. This agreement replaced the previous fund administration and accounting agreement dated May 22, 2024. The new agreement provides the Trust with certain administrative and accounting services. A copy of the new agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this report.
