iShares Ethereum Trust ETF Enters New Custodian Agreement with Anchorage Digital Bank

On April 7, 2025, iShares Ethereum Trust ETF entered into a custodial services agreement with Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. This agreement designates Anchorage as an additional ether custodian to support the receipt, safekeeping, and maintenance of the Trust's ether holdings. Anchorage will maintain all private keys in cold storage and has the option to temporarily suspend services in the event of a fork. The existing custody arrangement with Coinbase remains unaffected. The Trust's sponsor has no current plans to move ether to the new custodian but adds Anchorage as part of its risk management strategy.
