Eaton Appoints David Foster as New Chief Financial Officer

Foster as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Foster, who rejoins the company after a 29-year career and a period of consultancy, will receive an annual base salary of $815,000, a target short-term incentive opportunity equal to 100% of his base salary, and various equity grants. The previous CFO, Olivier Leonetti, will leave the company on March 13, 2026, after serving in a senior advisory capacity until then.
