Etsy Appoints New Director Marc Steinberg
On January 31, 2024, Etsy, Inc. announced the appointment of Marc Steinberg as a new Class I director, effective February 5, 2024. This appointment increases the Board's size to ten members and he will also join the Audit Committee. Mr. Steinberg's compensation will be in line with the Amended and Restated Compensation Program for Non-Employee Directors.
