FedEx Announces Conditional Agreement for All-Cash Public Offer for InPost

On February 9, 2026, FedEx Corporation and a consortium including IS Iris Financial Investor S.À r.l, A&R Investments Limited, and PPF Group N.V. announced a conditional agreement for an all-cash public offer for all issued and outstanding shares of InPost S.A. at an offer price of €15.60 per share, cum dividend. Once completed, InPost will continue to operate as a standalone company, and commercial agreements will be established between InPost and FedEx.
