Edmunds to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Edmunds, a retired vice chairman and senior partner of Deloitte with extensive experience in energy, utilities, and renewables, will serve as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and a member of the Cyber and Technology Oversight Committee. Simultaneously, Silvia Davila resigned from the Board due to a change in her principal employment. Edmunds will be compensated with restricted stock units and annual retainer payments, while Davila's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
