Erwin II would serve as Interim Principal Accounting Officer, beginning October 21, 2023. On April 26, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Erwin as the Company's Corporate Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 1, 2024. Mr. Erwin has a long history with FedEx, having served in various finance roles since 2001. In his new role, he will receive a promotional bonus, continue his base salary, and be eligible for participation in the Company's annual and long-term incentive compensation plans, including stock options and restricted stock awards.
