Krishnasamy and the company mutually agreed to the decision following the successful completion of key initiatives, including achieving the $4 billion DRIVE structural cost reduction target. As part of the separation agreement, Krishnasamy will serve as an Executive Advisor until October 31, 2025, and will receive a cash payment of $3,272,711. He will also receive his current base salary until the separation date and will have his equity awards accelerated. The agreement includes confidentiality, non-compete, non-solicitation provisions, and a mutual non-disparagement clause.
