F5, Inc. Announces Retirement of CFO Frank Pelzer and Transition Details
Summary
On October 31, 2024, F5, Inc. announced the retirement of its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Frank Pelzer. Pelzer will continue in his role until the filing of the Company's Form 10-K for its 2024 fiscal year, expected around November 18, 2024. Post-retirement, Pelzer will provide consulting services as a senior advisor to his successor from approximately December 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. The Company will make a lump sum payment of $315,125 to Pelzer and accelerate the vesting of certain restricted stock units as part of the Transition Agreement.
