Fiserv Announces 2025 Full-Year and Q4 Financial Results and Outlook for 2026
Fiserv, Inc. reported a 1% increase in GAAP revenue for Q4 2025 to $5.28 billion, and a 4% increase for the full year 2025 to $21.19 billion. GAAP EPS decreased by 8% for Q4 and increased by 18% for the full year. Adjusted EPS decreased by 21% for Q4 and 2% for the full year. The company expects 2026 organic revenue growth of 1% to 3% and adjusted EPS of $8.00 to $8.30. The company also completed the acquisition of StoneCastle Cash Management in December 2025.
