Craig Sasser Appointed as New Chief Operating Officer at Comfort Systems USA
Comfort Systems USA, Inc. announced on June 22, 2026, that Craig Sasser will transition from his role as Regional Vice President - Atlantic Region to become the Company's new Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Sasser, who has been with the company since September 2018, will receive an annual base salary of $600,000, a target bonus opportunity equal to 90% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive award. Prior to joining Comfort Systems, Mr. Sasser spent 34 years with a major MEP company, where he led the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, Briston Blair will transition to the role of Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, effective July 1, 2026.
