FTAI Aviation Completes Independent Review of Short Seller Reports

On February 20, 2025, FTAI Aviation Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors' Audit Committee, with the assistance of independent legal and forensic accounting advisors, completed a review of assertions made by certain short seller reports in January 2025. The Committee determined that the allegations against the Company are without merit. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K on time.
