Summary
On March 3, 2026, Eun (Angela) Nam notified the Board of her decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 6, 2026. In her place, Nicholas McAleese and Michael Hazan were appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, respectively, effective March 6, 2026. Nam will work in an advisory capacity to support the transition. The Company also issued a press release on March 6, 2026, announcing these transitions under Regulation FD.
