On November 4, 2024, Grayscale Investments, LLC, as the sponsor, filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Trust and Amendment No. 3 to the Seventh Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust and Trust Agreement with the Secretary of the State of Delaware to change the name of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (BTC) to Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF, effective as of November 4, 2024.
