New Principal Executive Officer Appointed at World Gold Trust Services

Effective February 9, 2026, Joseph R. Cavatoni has stepped down as the Principal Executive Officer of World Gold Trust Services, LLC, the sponsor of SPDR Gold Trust. Jonathan D. Spiegel has been appointed as the new Principal Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Spiegel previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of World Gold Council and has extensive experience in ETF product development.
