On November 14, 2025, Global Payments Inc. completed a public offering of $1.75 billion of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2028, $1.700 billion of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2030, $1.000 billion of 5.200% Senior Notes due 2032, and $1.75 billion of 5.550% Senior Notes due 2035, for a total of $6.2 billion. The offering was used to fund the acquisition of Worldpay Holdco, LLC, repay Worldpay's indebtedness, cover acquisition-related costs, and for general corporate purposes. Additionally, the company terminated its 364-day senior unsecured bridge loan facility of up to $7.7 billion.
