Garmin Announces Quarterly Dividend and Shareholder Approvals
On June 6, 2025, Garmin Ltd. held its annual general meeting where shareholders approved the 2024 Annual Report, the appropriation of available earnings, and a cash dividend of $3.60 per share payable in four equal installments.
