Garmin Announces Quarterly Dividend and Shareholder Approvals

On June 6, 2025, Garmin Ltd. held its annual general meeting where shareholders approved the 2024 Annual Report, the appropriation of available earnings, and a cash dividend of $3.60 per share payable in four equal installments. Additionally, shareholders re-elected six directors, the law firm of Wuersch & Gering LLP as independent voting rights representative, and ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as Garmin's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending December 27, 2025. Shareholders also passed advisory resolutions approving the compensation of Garmin's Named Executive Officers and Garmin's Swiss Statutory and Non-Financial Matters Reports for the fiscal year ended December 28, 2024.
