GitLab Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Revenue Officer and Appointment of Interim CRO

On August 2, 2024, GitLab Inc. announced the resignation of Christopher Weber, its Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 4, 2024. Weber's resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company. Following Weber's resignation, GitLab appointed Ashley Kramer as the Interim Chief Revenue Officer, in addition to her current role as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, effective August 5, 2024. Kramer has been with GitLab since March 2022 and has previously held leadership positions at Sisense, Inc. and Alteryx, Inc. GitLab has also confirmed its second quarter and fiscal year 2025 guidance, expecting revenue between $176.0 - $177.0 million for Q2 FY 2025 and between $733.0 - $737.0 million for FY 2025.
