GitLab Appoints New CTO and Reaffirms Fiscal Year 2026 Guidance
On January 9, 2026, GitLab Inc. announced the appointment of Sivaprasad Padisetty as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective on or about January 15, 2026. Mr. Padisetty, who previously served as CTO at New Relic, Inc. and held various roles at Amazon.com, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, will enter into the Company’s standard form of officers’ indemnification agreement. Additionally, on January 12, 2026, the Company reaffirmed its previously issued fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 guidance.
