GitLab Board Member Departure and Committee Appointment
On April 13, 2026, GitLab Inc. announced that Merline Saintil has decided to step down from the Board and as a member of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee, effective April 15, 2026. The Board has appointed Godfrey Sullivan to fill the vacancy on the committee. Additionally, the size of the Board has been reduced from nine to eight members, effective the same date. Ms. Saintil's departure was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
