Chart Industries Appoints New President
Chart Industries, Inc. announced on January 5, 2026, that Gerry Vinci, the company's Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016, has been appointed as President, effective January 6, 2026. Vinci, who previously held executive roles at Dover Corporation and Harsco Corporation, will not be replacing the current Chief Executive Officer, as the Board does not intend to appoint an interim CEO at this time. Vinci's employment terms remain unchanged except for an annual base salary increase.
