Standridge as President, effective September 8, 2026. Mr. Standridge, who previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and President of Consumer and Regional Banking, will assume the President role from Stephen D. Steinour, who will continue as Chairman and CEO. The Joint Human Resources and Compensation Committee approved a base salary increase from $850,000 to $1,000,000, an annual incentive plan target increase from $1,487,500 to $1,850,000, and a long-term incentive plan target increase from $2,762,500 to $4,650,000.
