The Home Depot Terminates Three-Year Credit Facility and Reduces 364-Day Credit Facility

On December 18, 2024, The Home Depot, Inc. terminated its $1.0 billion three-year revolving credit facility as it was no longer necessary. Simultaneously, the company reduced the aggregate commitments of its $3.5 billion 364-day revolving credit facility to $2.0 billion. These actions were taken following the financing of its acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc. which closed on June 18, 2024. As a result, the company's commercial paper program is now supported by up to $7.0 billion of revolving credit facilities with no borrowings under the reduced 364-Day Credit Facility.
