Michael W. Duffy to Depart as Hilton's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting and Risk Officer
On December 10, 2024, Michael W. Duffy notified Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. of his resignation as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting and Risk Officer, effective February 7, 2025. His departure is not due to any disagreements. Misha Moylan, currently Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, will assume Duffy's responsibilities as the Company's principal accounting officer.
