Hologic Announces Retirement of General Counsel and Successor Appointment
On February 26, 2025, Hologic, Inc. announced the retirement of John Griffin, General Counsel, effective May 1, 2025. John Griffin will transition to the role of Special Advisor to the Chairman, President, and CEO to ensure a smooth transition. Anne Liddy, currently Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, will succeed John Griffin as General Counsel, effective May 1, 2025.
