Honeywell Announces Results and Upsizing of Debt Tender Offers
Summary
On March 20, 2026, Honeywell International Inc. announced the results of its previously announced tender offers to purchase for cash certain of its existing debt securities. The Dollar Tender Offer was upsized from $3,750,000,000 to $4,670,000,000. The Euro Tender Offer will accept all Euro Securities that were validly tendered with an Acceptance Priority Level of 1 through 6.
