Honeywell Aerospace Inc. Recapitalizes and Authorizes New Shares

Honeywell Aerospace Inc. has filed a certificate of amendment to its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, authorizing 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock and effecting a recapitalization that converted all issued and outstanding shares into 316,939,750 shares of common stock. This action is part of a previously announced plan to distribute all of Honeywell Aerospace Inc.'s issued and outstanding shares to the holders of record of Honeywell International Inc. common stock as of June 15, 2026.
