Hewlett Packard Enterprise Completes Merger with Juniper Networks and Settles DOJ Complaint

On July 2, 2025, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) completed its previously announced merger with Juniper Networks, resulting in Juniper becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPE.
