HP Inc. Appoints New Independent Director and Amends Bylaws
On June 17, 2024, HP Inc. expanded its Board of Directors by electing Fama Francisco as a new independent director. The Board also appointed Ms. Francisco to the Nominating, Governance and Social Responsibility Committee and the HR and Compensation Committee. Additionally, the Board adopted amendments to the Company's amended and restated bylaws to increase the number of authorized directorships from 12 to 13.
