HP Inc. Appoints New Director and Amends Bylaws
On February 21, 2025, HP Inc. expanded its Board of Directors by electing Gianluca Pettiti as a new independent director. The Board also appointed Mr. Pettiti to the Finance, Investment and Technology Committee and HR and Compensation Committee. Additionally, the Board adopted amendments to the Company's amended and restated bylaws to increase the number of authorized directorships from 14 to 15.
