HP Inc. Announces CEO Transition and Interim Leadership
HP Inc. announced on February 3, 2026, that Enrique Lores has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the board, effective February 2, 2026. Bruce Broussard, a Board member since 2021, has been appointed as interim CEO, effective immediately. Broussard's compensation package includes monthly cash of $362,500 and a one-time equity award of $7,000,000. The Board has also decreased the number of authorized directorships from 13 to 12, effective February 3, 2026. HP reaffirmed its financial outlook for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2026.
