On February 19, 2025, The Hershey Company's Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved retention awards for three senior executives in the form of time-based restricted units (RSUs). Steven E. Voskuil, Senior Vice President and CFO, was granted 30,507 RSUs, Jason R.
