Hershey Company Approves Retention Awards for Senior Executives
Summary
On February 19, 2025, The Hershey Company's Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved retention awards for three senior executives in the form of time-based restricted units (RSUs). Steven E. Voskuil, Senior Vice President and CFO, was granted 30,507 RSUs, Jason R. Reiman, Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, received 15,254 RSUs, and Deepak Bhatia, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, was awarded 12,203 RSUs. The RSUs will vest based on the recipients' continued employment by the Company as of March 19, 2027, with certain conditions for earlier vesting.
