Capozzoli will succeed William R. Sperry as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Sperry, who has been the CFO for 14 years, will retire on December 31, 2025, but continue as Executive Vice President through 2026 to assist with the transition. Mr. Capozzoli, currently the Vice President, Finance for the Electrical Solutions Segment, has held various leadership roles within the company since 2013. His new role includes a base salary increase to $550,000 and an increase in his short-term incentive award target percentage to 75% of his base salary.
