On May 31, 2024, Howmet Aerospace Inc. announced the redemption of all its outstanding $205,273,000 of 5.125% Notes due 2024 on July 1, 2024. The redemption price will be 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest, expected to total approximately $208 million, to be paid with cash on hand.
