Howmet Aerospace CFO Retirement and Successor Appointment Announced

Howmet Aerospace Inc. announced the retirement of its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ken Giacobbe, effective December 31, 2025, after 21 years of service. He will transition to a special advisor role until his retirement. Patrick Winterlich will succeed Mr. Giacobbe as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Mr. Winterlich joins Howmet from Hexcel Corporation, where he held the same position since 2017. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $700,000, potential variable cash incentives up to 100% of his base salary, an annual equity award target of $2,000,000, a sign-on cash bonus of $800,000, relocation assistance, and participation in the Company's severance plans.
